We build the reliability layer for real-world robots: trained operators step in remotely when a robot struggles, and every one of those sessions becomes training data that makes robots better. Our Bhubaneswar team runs a core part of that operation.What you’ll doRun daily teleoperation data recording: schedule sessions, assign operators, and make sure recording targets are hit every weekManage and grow the local team, including operators, field staff, and coordinators: hiring, training, shift planning, and performanceWork on business development: find new partners and clients, pitch Northstar, and help close and onboard themWork with our systems and IT team on data quality, so recordings arrive complete, labeled correctly, and on timeManage vendor payments, site payouts, and the local operations budgetReport weekly metrics (hours recorded, active sites, quality issues, cost per hour) to leadership in SFWhat we’re looking forSome experience in operations, team coordination, or business development.
