Team members join a growing organization with opportunities to contribute to operational excellence and future expansion.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations across assigned locations. This role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The Operations Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with suppliers, and supports cost control and budgeting. They track performance metrics, address customer feedback, and implement process improvements to enhance service and efficiency. The role also involves training and coaching team members, supporting compliance with company policies, and collaborating with leadership on operational planning and growth initiatives.Qualifications Operational management skills, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and multi-location oversight.Experience with inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting or cost management.Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle feedback and maintain high service standards.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and compliance with relevant regulations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on practical, timely resolutions.Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management is highly beneficial.Relevant education in hospitality, business, or operations management is an advantage, but equivalent experience may be considered.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by restaurant operations.
