Company Description Insoul انسول specializes in producing and selling stuffed donuts alongside a variety of cold and hot coffee beverages. The company began as a food truck in 2021, offering a limited selection of donut varieties and a single coffee option. Team members join a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities to contribute to the company’s ongoing expansion.Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring consistent product quality and service standards across locations. This role includes supervising staff, managing schedules, coordinating inventory and supplies, and maintaining food safety and hygiene procedures. The Operations Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, and implement operational policies to support efficiency and profitability.
