This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that processes run efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. The Operations Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage workflows, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. The role includes managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, as well as resolving operational issues and risks in a timely manner. The Operations Manager will also support strategic planning, contribute to policy and procedure development, and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations.Strong ability to conduct operational audits and ensure consistent SOP implementation across all outlets.Proficient in analyzing KPIs, sales performance, cost control, and operational data to support management decision-making.Able to identify operational issues, develop action plans, and monitor corrective actions.Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to evaluate outlet performance and improve operational efficiency and productivity.Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Willing to conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
