Tailor my CV for this job — freeOperations Manager. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will run day-to-day manufacturing and help set up our upcoming Saudi plant. You will also support our move into 11kV MV Switchgear, Capacitor Banks and RMU manufacturing.Key Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for delivery commitments and ensure on-time delivery
- Make sure every quality process is followed, with no stage skipped
- Turn monthly delivery plans into weekly Production and QC schedules
- Manage manpower planning and recruitment with HR
- Set KPIs for the Manufacturing team and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cost reduction, cycle-time reduction and process improvement
- Maintain a safe, clean, customer-ready shop floor with a goal of zero accidentsWhat We’re Looking For
- BE graduate with 10+ years in MV Switchgear, Relay Panel and RMU manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Odoo or a similar ERP
- Strong planning and shop-floor leadership skills
