The role is responsible for managing workforce deployment, client relationships, operational efficiency, and compliance with Saudi labour regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily manpower operations, including workforce deployment, mobilisation, and allocation.Manage client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements.Supervise operational teams and coordinate employee support services.Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and performance across client locations.Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure contract profitability.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, employment regulations, and company policies.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree5+ years of relevant experiencePrevious experience in a manpower supply, staffing, or outsourcing company is essentialProven experience managing large-scale workforce deployments and multiple client accountsStrong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations, workforce management, and operational processes
