Role Description The Operations Manager – Dental Center at Dental Kingdom Company is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-focused environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Riyadh Region and includes supervising front desk and clinical support teams, coordinating patient scheduling, and managing workflow across the center. The position involves monitoring operational performance, optimizing processes, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The Operations Manager will collaborate with dental professionals to support high-quality care, oversee inventory and equipment maintenance, manage budgets and cost control, and prepare regular operational reports for leadership. The role also includes resolving escalated patient concerns, implementing service improvement initiatives, supporting staff training and development, and contributing to strategic planning for growth of the dental center.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in a dental or healthcare center, with strong skills in process optimization and workflow coordination.Proficiency in clinic administration, including patient scheduling, front office management, billing oversight, and maintaining accurate records.Ability to manage budgets, monitor costs, and interpret operational and financial reports to support data-driven decision-making.Strong leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work culture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, clinical staff, and external partners in a professional and respectful manner.Knowledge of healthcare or dental regulations, quality standards, infection control practices, and patient confidentiality requirements.Competence with practice management software and general business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, and reporting systems).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent experience in dental or medical operations may be considered.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a busy clinical environment.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the Riyadh Region healthcare landscape are advantageous.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliabilityManage the daily functions of the businessPrepare annual performance review and reevaluate processesEnsure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followedManage budget to align with goals of businessQualifications* Ability to monitor KPIs, optimize productivity, and improve operational efficiency.​* Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.* Knowledge of CBAHI/MOH standards and healthcare regulations is preferred.​* Familiarity with insurance approvals, claims, and revenue cycle management* Strong knowledge of dental clinic workflows, scheduling, and patient experience.​* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a dental center or dental clinics.
