We’re Hiring | Operations Manager – Dermatology & Aesthetics Sector 🇸🇦We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Dermatology & Aesthetics Sector in Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily clinic operations, improving operational efficiency, monitoring performance and KPIs, enhancing patient experience, and coordinating closely with medical, nursing, sales, customer service, and administrative teams.

Requirements

• Saudi nationals only
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine
• Medical or healthcare background is highly preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare operations or clinic management
• Dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, or outpatient clinic experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing operational KPIs, staffing, patient flow, and performance improvement
