The Group also has clinics in Jordan and Qatar.Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager – Eye Clinic is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, including patient flow management, staff scheduling, and ensuring high standards of customer service and clinical support. The Operations Manager monitors operational performance, implements process improvements, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies. They collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize resource utilization, manage vendor relationships, and support budgeting and cost control. The role also includes preparing operational reports, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to strategic initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency and patient experience. The role reports to Group Management and will be responsible for achieving KPIsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related fieldExperience of operations Management in an Eye Clinic preferably in DubaiArabic speaker
