Operations Manager for Fit-out & Stoneworks Projects

The company continues to grow while setting new benchmarks for quality in the UAE stone industry.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage our portfolio of existing marble projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project coordination, commercial awareness, and hands-on operational management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of multiple ongoing marble projects.Manage project teams, site supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and other operational resources.Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, specifications, and quality standards.Ensure projects are delivered on time and identify potential delays or operational issues at an early stage.Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, BOQs, material requirements, and work programs.Ensure efficient planning and allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors across projects.Monitor procurement and material deliveries to ensure projects are not disrupted.Oversee marble fabrication, finishing, installation, and other specialist works where applicable.Conduct regular site visits and project progress reviews.Ensure that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and company standards.Identify operational risks and implement practical solutions to resolve project issues.Monitor project costs and work closely with the commercial/accounts team to control variations, wastage, and unnecessary expenditure.Review subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with agreed scope, quality, and timelines.Support the preparation and review of project schedules, progress reports, and management updates.Ensure proper documentation, reporting, handover, and close-out of completed projects.Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, challenges, manpower, costs, and overall operational performance.Requirements5–8+ years of relevant experience in fit-out, interior contracting, marble works, or a related construction environment.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of fit-out and interior construction processes.Experience with marble/stone works, fabrication, and installation is highly desirable.Strong understanding of project planning, site operations, subcontractor management, and quality control.Excellent leadership and team-management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Good commercial and cost-control awareness.Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and project requirements is preferred.A degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage.·        How to Apply·        Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV, along with their current salary, expected salary, and availability, to armarble2025@gmail.com.
