OPERATIONS MANAGER - FREIGHT FORWARDING

Job Title: Operations Manager – Freight ForwardingLocation: Dubai, UAEJoining: Immediate JoinerJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our freight forwarding operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in LCL, FCL, import and export operations, and experience working with WCA network partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments.Handle LCL, FCL, Air Freight, and Cross Trade shipments.Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.Manage and develop relationships with WCA agents and international partners.Ensure timely shipment execution and high customer service standards.Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.Supervise the operations team and ensure smooth workflow.Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations.Work closely with the sales and pricing teams to support business growth.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL, Import & Export, Air Freight, and WCA network operations.Good understanding of shipping documentation and customs procedures.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office.Immediate joiners are preferred.Drop your cv -hr1@dslgroup.ae
