Applicants joining Levers Motors will be part of a company that values dependable performance and long-term partnerships with clients.Role Description The Operations Manager – Heavy Equipment & Machinery is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees day-to-day rental operations, including fleet planning, equipment allocation, scheduling, and coordination of deliveries and returns to ensure high utilization and minimal downtime. The Operations Manager supervises service and maintenance workflows, ensures adherence to safety standards, and monitors equipment condition and readiness. Responsibilities include managing vendor and client relationships, preparing operational reports, tracking KPIs, and implementing process improvements for efficiency and cost control. The role also involves leading and coaching operations staff, supporting compliance with local regulations, and resolving operational issues to maintain consistent, high-quality service.Qualifications Strong operational management skills covering fleet coordination, workflow optimization, and resource planning in heavy equipment or industrial services.Experience with equipment maintenance oversight, safety compliance, and quality control in machinery or material handling environments.Ability to manage customer relationships, handle contracts and service agreements, and respond effectively to client needs and project timelines.Competence in data analysis, reporting, and use of business systems or ERPs to track performance, costs, and utilization.Leadership skills to supervise and develop operations teams, delegate tasks, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and make sound operational decisions under time pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Relevant experience in heavy equipment, rental services, logistics, or industrial operations; prior experience in the Gulf region is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
