We create bespoke jewellery with a strong focus on ethical craftsmanship, quality and exceptional customer service.We put customers first, celebrate meaningful moments, build relationships through trust and respect, embrace innovation and act responsibly towards people and the planet.The roleYou will lead our European operations team, currently around 20 people, with plans to grow to approximately 60 over the next two years.Key responsibilitiesLead and develop the European operations team across fulfilment, workshop, shipping, repairs, returns and inventoryManage the end-to-end fulfilment journey, from order placement through to successful deliveryOversee domestic and international shipping, carrier relationships and tracking processesIdentify operational issues and implement practical process improvementsMaintain high standards across workshop quality, fulfilment and customer experienceMonitor key metrics including delivery performance, turnaround times, stock accuracy and customer satisfactionCoach and develop team members while maintaining clear performance standardsWork closely with Customer Service, Production, Finance, Marketing and senior leadershipAct as the senior escalation point for complex operational, logistical and customer issuesThe PersonYou will bring:significant operational leadership experience.Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced, international environmentProven experience in shipping, fulfilment, logistics or warehousingGood knowledge of domestic and international supply chains, carrier management and customs processescomfortable working both strategically and hands-on.Strong organisational and analytical skillsConfidence managing teams through growth and changeExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levelA proactive, practical and solutions-focused approachAn interest in luxury retail or jewellery; knowledge of diamonds or gemstones would be an advantageCompensation€50,000–€60,000 per annum, including 8% holiday allowanceBenefitsTravel allowance of up to €205 per month for commuting by public transport or private car24 days of annual leave, plus 11 public holidaysA day off on your birthdayPerkbox access, offering discounts across a wide range of popular brandsA senior role with genuine strategic influence across our European operationDirect input into the future direction of the businessThe opportunity to grow and lead a team from approximately 20 to 60 employeesOngoing personal and professional development
