Operations Manager – Luxury Sector – South of Gran Canaria

At Geneve 1989, we are looking for someone who can turn strategy into results and enable the different areas of the company to work together as one team.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate the Office Management, Client Care, Accounting, Online Marketing, Purchasing and Inventory, and IT departments, leading the team under their responsibility.Improve coordination between departments and boutiques by establishing procedures, priorities and monitoring systems.Identify and implement improvements, automation and solutions that increase productivity.Oversee purchasing, inventory and stock management, ensuring product availability, traceability and proper turnover.Define key performance indicators, analyse results and implement corrective actions.Evaluate costs, budgets and investments to support decision-making.Coordinate technology requirements, facilities maintenance, and the execution of projects, construction works and refurbishments.Manage suppliers and resolve operational issues, regularly reporting progress, results and risks to senior management.Candidate profileUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
