Operations Manager – Mobile Apps & Digital BusinessRobrush Games is a mobile software company developing and operating consumer applications for users worldwide. We are currently expanding our operations to the UAE and establishing a new entity in Ras Al Khaimah.We are looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our UAE business. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and decision-making authority, ideal for someone who is comfortable managing an international digital business independently.Key responsibilitiesManage day-to-day business operations in the UAECoordinate relationships with international partners, vendors and service providersReview and negotiate commercial agreements and contractsManage operating budgets, expenses, invoices and paymentsCoordinate external developers, support staff and contractorsMonitor revenue, product and operational KPIsParticipate in product, monetization and business decisionsWork with banks, accountants, corporate service providers and other UAE partnersApprove routine operating expenses within agreed budgetsPrepare operational plans, reports and internal documentationSupport recruitment and management of future UAE employeesMake independent operational decisions within the company's objectives and approved budgetsRequirementsPrevious experience in operations, business management or a similar roleExperience managing budgets, contracts, suppliers, contractors or business processesStrong English communication skillsComfortable working independently and taking ownership of decisionsGood analytical and organizational skillsExperience working with international companies or partnersCurrently residing in the UAEWilling to work on-site in Ras Al KhaimahPreferred experienceMobile appsSaaS or technology companiesDigital advertisingApp monetizationE-commerce or other online businessesStartup or fast-growing company environments
