Operations Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurants (UAE)Location: United Arab Emirates (multi-site, field-based)Salary: AED 20000-25000Reports to: Head of Operations / General Manager, UAEPortfolio: 5 restaurants — sports bar / casual dining brandAbout the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day standards, sales growth, and profitability across a 5-restaurant portfolio operating under a well-established international sports bar and casual dining brand in the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Standards & ComplianceOwn day-to-day execution of brand standards across food safety, prep discipline, kitchen efficiency, bar operations, and service.Lead and prepare for franchisor audits, ensuring consistent compliance across all 5 sites.Identify and close operational gaps before they become guest or compliance issues.Sales Growth & Guest ExperienceDrive local sales growth through local marketing initiatives, promotions, and guest experience improvements.Own and improve NPS/OSAT scores across the portfolio, with hands-on guest recovery and complaint resolution.Leverage delivery platforms and online ordering channels to grow incremental revenue.P&L & Cost ControlHold restaurant-level P&L accountability across all 5 units — COGS, labour cost, and overall profitability.Proactively identify margin leaks and implement corrective action plans.Provide input on capex trade-offs and investment priorities across the portfolio.People & GM DevelopmentHire, train, coach, and retain General Managers and shift leaders.Document performance formally, building clear development plans for future leaders.Oversee and support a combined team of 100+ hourly team members through the GM and shift leader structure.Must-Have Qualifications8–12 years of experience in casual dining or sports bar restaurant operations.3+ years as an Area Manager or Senior Area Manager, managing 3–5 restaurants simultaneously.Direct, restaurant-level P&L accountability, including COGS, labour cost, and food safety management.A proven track record of growing sales and guest satisfaction (NPS/OSAT) across multiple units.Experience managing 100+ hourly team members through a GM and shift-leader structure.Solid working knowledge of brand standards and franchisor audit processes
