Job PurposeThe Operations Manager – Piling will be responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination, and execution of piling and foundation projects. The role will ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within approved budgets, and in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.The position requires strong technical knowledge of piling and foundation construction, equipment management, project coordination, manpower planning, commercial awareness, and leadership of site operations.2. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of piling and foundation projects.Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources to ensure efficient project execution.Monitor project progress, productivity, schedules, costs, and resource utilization.Supervise piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA piles, shoring, and associated foundation works.Ensure all piling and foundation works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project requirements.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and applicable project procedures.Plan, manage, and optimize the utilization of piling rigs, cranes, and other construction equipment.Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, project teams, and other stakeholders.Identify and resolve technical, operational, resource, and project-related issues in a timely manner.Monitor project budgets, productivity, operational costs, and overall profitability.Review operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.Ensure effective manpower planning and deployment across projects.Support project teams in resolving technical and execution challenges.Prepare and submit regular progress, operational, productivity, and management reports.Provide leadership and direction to project/site teams to achieve project objectives. 3. Educational QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.Additional qualifications or training in piling, foundation engineering, construction management, or project management will be an advantage.4. Experience RequirementsMinimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.Strong experience specifically in piling and foundation projects.Hands-on experience with:Bored pilingDriven pilingCFA pilingShoringFoundation worksPiling rigs and associated heavy equipmentProven experience managing multiple project/site operations and large construction teams.Strong understanding of project execution, resource planning, productivity, cost control, and commercial aspects.5. Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in piling & foundation construction.Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma.Strong experience in bored piles, driven piles, CFA, shoring and foundation works.Proven experience in manpower, equipment, project coordination, productivity and cost management.Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.UAE Driving License is mandatory.Willingness to travel between project sites.
