Operations Manager-Piling

Royal Infrastructure is an Azizi group infrastructure/construction entity supporting the delivery of large-scale development projects in Dubai. The company forms part of Azizi’s vertically integrated construction ecosystem, working alongside Gardinia Contracting and other specialist group companies. Its activities are relevant to civil, infrastructure, site development and construction operations.The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination, and execution of piling and foundation projects. The role will ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved engineering specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.The position requires strong technical knowledge of piling and foundation construction, equipment management, project coordination, manpower planning, commercial awareness, and leadership of site operations.Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of piling and foundation projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, schedules, and costs.
• Supervise piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA, shoring, and related foundation works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Manage piling rigs, cranes, and other construction equipment to maximize utilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues.
• Monitor project budgets, productivity, and overall profitability.
• Prepare regular progress and operational reports for management.Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15–20+ years of experience in piling/foundation construction.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, equipment, and site operations.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• GCC experience is preferred.
