Note: Company location is currently in West areaAbout the roleWe're hiring for an early-stage AI company in Singapore building data infrastructure for robotics and physical AI — think of the role as the operational right hand to the CEO.About the companyThe company raised its seed and pre-A rounds from strong international investors, with a founding team from top research backgrounds (Meta, NTU). It's growing fast across Singapore and multiple countries.What you'll own:Build and improve internal processes — SOPs, approval workflows, project tracking — from the ground upCoordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, and HROwn procurement and vendor management: quotations, contracts, payments, delivery trackingSupport budget planning and monitor actual spendDrive the rollout of internal systems (approval, project management, finance)Requirements:5+ years in operations, project management, procurement, or a related roleStartup, tech, or fast-growing company experience preferredStrong cross-functional communication and process-building instinctsComfortable with Microsoft Office, Feishu/Lark, and PM toolsBonus: background in AI, robotics, hardware, or other deep-tech industries; experience building processes from 0→1 If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
