Operations Manager | QSR

ALL | IN Restaurant Expertise is recruiting a highly experienced Operations Manager for a multi-outlet restaurant business in Saudi Arabia.We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven professional with a strong background in QSR, fast-food operations, and Shawarma & Falafel restaurant concepts, capable of leading existing operations and supporting future expansion.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience in restaurant operations management, with proven multi-outlet managerial responsibilities.Previous GCC experience is mandatory.Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are strongly preferred.Extensive experience in fast-food and QSR operations.Previous operational experience in Shawarma and Falafel concepts is highly preferred.Proven track record in new outlet openings, pre-opening preparation, and successful launches.Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L, food cost, labor cost, inventory, budgeting, and KPIs.Excellent leadership, team development, coaching, and performance management skills.Strong knowledge of SOPs, HACCP, quality standards, and customer experience.Arabic fluency required.Ability to join at short notice is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and optimize multi-outlet operations, ensure brand consistency and profitability, develop high-performing teams, manage operational budgets and KPIs, and lead new outlet openings and business expansion.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates may apply through:1.
