Operations Manager (Skill Development)

Job Description – Operations Manager (Skill Development)We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Skill Development) to lead and manage government-funded skill development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with NSDC, Skill India, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, NATS, and other skilling initiatives, with the ability to ensure smooth project execution, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities:·    Manage end-to-end operations of Skill Development projects as per NSDC and government guidelines.·       Handle and maintain knowledge of NSDC registration processes and other key Skill Development requirements, schemes, portals, and compliance procedures.·       Coordinate with trainers, training centers, field teams, government departments, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and other stakeholders.·       Monitor trainee enrolment, attendance, assessments, certifications, placements, and project progress.·       Ensure compliance, documentation, MIS reporting, and timely achievement of project targets.·       Supervise Centre Managers, Coordinators, Trainers, and Operations teams.·       Conduct operational reviews, field visits, and quality audits to ensure project efficiency.·       Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates.·       Resolve operational challenges and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.Required Skills & Qualifications:·       Preferred Location – Gurugram / Delhi NCR ·       Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management or a related field.·       5 + years of experience in Skill Development, NSDC, or Government-funded projects.·       Strong knowledge of NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, NATS, and Skill India initiatives.·       Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.·       Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and documentation.·       Willingness to travel as per project requirements. Apply: hrteam@leadtech.in #Hiring #OperationsManager #SkillDevelopment #SkillIndia #NSDC #PMKVY #DDUGKY #NAPS #NATS #GovernmentJobs #DelhiNCRJobs #GurugramJobs #HRJobs #OperationsJobs #SkillDevelopmentJobs #JobOpening #CareerOpportunity #NowHiring #LeadtechJobs #JobVacancy
