Our clients' administrators and physicians deal with us directly, and our reputation rests on measurable performance and clean, defensible documentation.The RoleWe are hiring a senior Operations Manager to own multi-service delivery across client accounts. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role — you will not be running a single queue. You will be accountable for performance across billing, credentialing, front-office, and clinical support functions simultaneously, and for the quality of what our clients see.We are specifically looking for someone who already uses AI tools in their daily operational work and can bring that capability to the team.What You'll OwnRevenue cycleAR inventory, aging prioritization, and escalation of high-dollar and timely-filing-risk claimsDenials run as a daily cohort discipline: what got paid, what will get paid, what was denied or written off, and the dollar value behind eachDocumentation standards on every worked denial — reason, identifiers, action taken, outcome, amount recovered or adjustedRoot-cause feedback to the internal team, and avoidable-denial reporting back to the client when the cause sits at their front endCredentialing and payer operationsProvider credentialing, re-attestation calendars, CAQH/PECOS/payer portal hygiene, and roster accuracySupport for payer enrollment, facility credentialing, and contract and fee schedule analysisFront office and clinical supportEligibility and benefits verification accuracy, scheduling and referral conversion, and no-show/CNS performanceClinical support workflows — pre-charting, prior authorization, referral intake, and document handlingTeam and processDaily productivity and quality standards across all functions, with worklog review, EOD consolidation, and one-on-one coachingSOPs, training material, and standardization of what works across accounts rather than leaving it in one person's headClient-facing reporting: collections, AR days, denial rate, first-pass resolution, credentialing status, and productivity by repAI-enabled operationsUse AI tools to compress manual work — document and EOB extraction, denial classification, reconciliation, SOP drafting, QA sampling, and reportingWrite and maintain reusable prompts and workflows the team can run consistentlyApply judgment about where AI output must be verified before it touches a claim, a chart, or a client deliverable, and enforce PHI-safe usageWhat You BringRequired8+ years in US healthcare operations, with at least 4 years managing teams across more than one functionDepth in revenue cycle — AR follow-up, denial and appeal workflows, EOB/ERA interpretation, CPT/ICD-10 fundamentals, and payer-specific behaviorWorking exposure to at least two of: credentialing and payer enrollment, contracting and fee schedules, eligibility verification, scheduling and referral management, or clinical support workflowsExperience with US commercial payers, Medicare, and MedicaidDemonstrated practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) in operational work — you should be able to describe specific workflows you have built or improved with themPractice management and EHR platform fluencyAdvanced Excel — pivots, lookups, building and maintaining trackers and reporting workbooksClear written and spoken English; able to hold a call with a US physician or practice administrator without a scriptAvailability to work US business hoursPreferredGastroenterology, ASC, or surgical specialty experienceExperience supporting a practice through an ASC or new service line launchChronic care management or remote patient monitoring program operationsAutomation and reporting tooling — Power Query, SQL, Python, or workflow automation platformsWorking knowledge of HIPAA safeguards and PHI handling in an offshore delivery settingWhat Success Looks Like at 90 DaysYou know each assigned account's AR, credentialing, and front-office profile by memory, not by reportDenial cohorts close daily with complete documentation, and at least one recurring denial cause has been eliminated at the sourceCredentialing and re-attestation dates are current with no surprisesAt least one manual workflow has been meaningfully reduced using AI tooling, with verification steps built inYour team's productivity numbers are trustworthy without you reconstructing themWhat We OfferCompensation — commensurate with experienceGenuine latitude to adopt new tooling — process improvements here get implemented, not filedTo ApplySend your CV to amit.bhattacharjee@macrooutsourcing.us with the subject line "Operations Manager — New Delhi."
