Operations Supervisor | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaResponsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflows, team performance, and service delivery. The role combines operational management, sales performance monitoring, CRM oversight, and coordination with manufacturers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of workflows and processes.* Monitor the performance of Sales Consultants and frontline teams, including targets, productivity, customer follow-up, and overall performance.* Oversee CRM performance and utilization, ensuring accurate data, timely updates, proper lead management, and effective follow-up.* Coordinate directly with manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners to follow up on orders, availability, deliveries, and operational requirements.* Monitor vehicle orders, supply schedules, shipments, quantities, and delivery timelines in coordination with relevant departments.* Support sales operations across B2C and B2B channels and assist in achieving commercial targets.* Analyze operational and sales performance data, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.* Prepare regular operational, sales, and performance reports for senior management.* Coach and support team members through performance feedback, guidance, and continuous development.* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution.* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.* Support management in resource planning, process optimization, and strategic operational initiatives.* Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and service quality.
