Operations Registrar (Application processing)

We are hiring an Operations Registrar to support the processing, verification and release of business setup and immigration-related applications. This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented, process-driven and comfortable managing high volumes of documentation within agreed SLAs.Key responsibilities:Process and release initial approvals for new business setup and licence amendments/upgradesHandle immigration-related applications, including immigration cards, entry visas, residence visas, visa renewals, cancellations, amendments and change-of-status applicationsProcess E-Channel applications and renewals through ERP and relevant systemsVerify the accuracy and completeness of client-submitted information and supporting documentsGenerate, process and maintain records, reports and data sheets accuratelyMaintain up-to-date information within internal databases and systemsPrepare daily, weekly and monthly task reports as requiredEnsure assigned applications are completed in line with operational SLAs and timelinesSupport other operations sub-departments during peak periods or as requiredContribute ideas for process improvements and assist with updating SOPs and process manualsProvide process-related support and supplementary training to Operations Administrators when neededRequirements:At least a secondary school qualification2-4 years of experience in a Typist, Operations Administrator, Office Administrator or similar rolePrevious experience within a free zone, business setup or immigration services environment would be advantageousStrong English and Arabic typing skillsGood written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and EnglishComputer literate, with confidence using ERP systems and administrative toolsHighly organised, accurate and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesIf you have relevant operations, typing or business setup experience and are looking for a structured, fast-paced role in Sharjah, we would love to hear from you.
