We are united by a common mission: to deliver services and technology that fundamentally change how skilled workers and the businesses they serve get hard work done.Job Description:Entry Level Biodiesel Operator, Loader I – 3 positions availableThis position operates and monitors plants and facilities, typically Upstream facilities after primary separation and processing (such as gas and co-gen plants) and Downstream & Chemical refineries and plants. The role involves loading/offloading finished products and raw materials from tankers into storage tanks, processing paperwork for each load, checking in and out trucks, and using an automated computer system that tracks pump connections.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor plants and facilities, typically Upstream facilities after primary separation and processing (such as gas and co-gen plants) and Downstream & Chemical refineries and plantsMonitor process variables, troubleshoot, and perform interventions to maintain operating performanceLoad/offload finished products and raw materials from tankers into storage tanksProcess paperwork for each load with attention to detail (billing, inventory, racking shipments)Check in and out trucks and send out emails as neededUse automated computer system that tracks pump connectionsOperate pumps, hoses, valves, and tanks - connecting trucks to fuel pumpsTroubleshoot equipment and processes as neededPerform routine tasks independentlyMaintain courteous attitude when working alongside truck drivers throughout the dayComplete housekeeping duties to prepare for the following shiftMaintain documentation at a fast paceOperate forklift and small utility vehiclesSkills and Qualifications:Required:Entry level, 0-2 years of experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDValid Driver's License1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting: pumps, hoses, valves, tanks - connecting trucks to fuel pumpsGood computer skills - experience with basic Microsoft package, office tools (emails, Microsoft Office, comfortable with learning new systems)Willing and able to troubleshootAttention to detail (billing, inventory, racking shipments)Strong people skills and ability to maintain courteous attitudeAbility to work night shift (5pm – 1am, Monday – Friday)Must have steel-toed boots (additional PPE will be provided)Willing to complete onsite safety orientation and site-specific hazard trainingWilling to obtain forklift certification (provided onsite)Preferred:Basic knowledge of policies and practicesSome experience in manufacturing settingForklift experience (will be certified onsite, but prior experience is helpful)Plant or manufacturing operator experience with shipping and receivingStrong documentation and communication skillsExperience loading and unloading of liquid products - tankers/railcars/truck scalesExperience handling hazardous materialsWilling to wear/provide safety toe shoes and FR garments (allowance for PPE would be helpful; hard hat/safety glasses will be provided)Onboarding Requirements:Onsite safety orientation and site-specific hazard trainingForklift certification (provided onsite)Background CheckDrug ScreenEducation VerificationRole Details:Location: Danville, IL (300 N. Anderson Danville, IL 61832) - Must be local to Danville, ILShift: Night shift – 5pm – 1am, Monday – Friday (selected candidate will need to be on day shift for a few days after starting to complete onsite safety orientation)Schedule: 5/40 Rotational Roster – No regular overtime/weekend work; may be opportunities throughout assignmentDuration: 18-month assignment with potential for extension/FTE based on business needs & performanceStart Date: ASAP once onboarding is clearedMax Bill Rate: $35/hr (including MSP fee)Pay: $23.89/ Hr
