- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)
- Communicate with international suppliers and obtain order confirmations
- Follow up on product availability, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Monitor stock levels and replenishment requirements
- Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and order records
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth order processingWhat We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, MIS, IT, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up
- Ability to communicate professionally with international suppliers
