This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh includes coordinating staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards, and optimizing workflows in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. The role involves tracking key performance indicators, identifying operational issues, and implementing improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with sales, kitchen, and management teams to support product launches, promotional activities, and process enhancements.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, guide staff, and support customer-focused operations.Experience in operations management within F&B or retail environments, including process optimization and workflow oversight.Project management abilities to plan, execute, and follow up on operational initiatives and improvement projects.Sales awareness and the ability to support store-level sales activities, upselling initiatives, and promotion execution.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic inventory control practices in F&B settings.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in cafés, bakeries, or F&B operations is preferred; diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
