Operations Specialist - Forex

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the Forex / CFD / Online Trading industry and a strong understanding of brokerage operations, client transactions, and trading platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Handle day-to-day operational activities related to client accounts and trading operations• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers• Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth client operations• Support account opening, verification, and operational requests• Investigate transaction or account-related issues and ensure timely resolution• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation• Support reconciliation and reporting activities• Identify operational issues and escalate exceptions when required• Ensure processes are handled in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements• Contribute to improving operational workflows and overall efficiencyRequirements:• Previous experience in Operations within a Forex, CFD, brokerage, or online trading company is required• Good understanding of the client lifecycle within a brokerage environment• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 and CRM systems is highly preferred• Understanding of deposits, withdrawals, payment processes, and trading operations• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across multiple departments• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
