Operations Supervisor

We’re hiring: Operations Supervisor in DubaiShineOn Cleaning Services is looking for a hands-on housekeeping expert who is ready to take ownership, lead from the front and raise our service standards across Dubai.We need someone who doesn’t just manage housekeeping, but truly understands the craft and can demonstrate, correct and train every position within the team.What you will be responsible for:• Training and mentoring housekeeping team members across different positions• Developing, documenting and improving housekeeping, turnover and quality-control SOPs• Conducting practical training sessions, refreshers and staff assessments• Managing cleaning supplies, linen, amenities and equipment• Maintaining accurate stock systems and conducting regular inventory audits• Building and managing a dependable network of UAE vendors and suppliers• Negotiating supplier pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms• Supervising and supporting the Operations Coordinator with scheduling, task allocation and daily problem-solving• Visiting units across Dubai to inspect quality and support teams directly• Identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions• Supporting client conversations and business-development opportunities when requiredWhat we are looking for:• Minimum five years of hotel or holiday-home experience in the UAE at Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper or a similar level• Proven experience training and developing housekeeping teams• Strong practical knowledge of professional housekeeping standards• Experience creating and implementing SOPs from scratch• An established network of reliable UAE vendors and suppliers• Strong inventory and organizational skills• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities• A valid UAE driving licence and your own car• The ability to perform in a fast-moving, multi-site environmentThis is a genuine leadership role with real ownership.
