Operations Supervisor

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient, accurate distribution operations in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a positive team environmentOversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure customer commitments are metCoordinate labor, schedules, and workflow to maximize productivity and efficiencyMonitor inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliationInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining accurate warehouse transactionsPartner with leadership on hiring, employee development, performance management, and team engagementMaintain compliance with OSHA, 5S, and company safety standards while supporting a safe work environmentWhat We're Looking For4+ years of experience in a distribution environment1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experienceExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and shipping/receiving operationsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentForklift certification (or willingness to obtain) and HAZMAT certification (or willingness to become certified) are preferred
