We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily contact center operations, lead and support the team, monitor performance, and ensure operational targets and KPIs are consistently achieved while maintaining high service quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Contact Center (CC) management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve KPIs.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge and understanding of COPC standards.
- For internal candidates: Minimum 1 year of service at ISC.
