LogeMate also operates a smart e-procurement marketplace for essential packaging, material handling equipment, barcode devices, and office infrastructure, providing a single accountable partner for building faster, smarter supply chains.Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing daily logistics and warehousing activities within LogeMate’s operational ecosystem. This role coordinates floor-level operations, including inbound and outbound workflows, inventory handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Operations Supervisor monitors performance metrics, identifies bottlenecks, and implements process improvements in alignment with operational policies and customer service expectations. The role includes supervising and coaching front-line team members, assigning tasks and shifts, and ensuring effective communication between warehouse staff, transport partners, and internal stakeholders. The Operations Supervisor also supports compliance with company procedures, prepares operational reports, and collaborates with management on continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in warehouse or logistics environments.Candidates should possess Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and support process optimization.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably within 3PL or e-commerce contexts.Strong understanding of operational safety, quality standards, and compliance requirements.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage dynamic workloads, and adapt to changing operational priorities.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations
