Through its digital marketplace, LogeMate supplies essential packaging, material handling equipment, devices, and office infrastructure, acting as a single accountable partner for building faster, smarter supply chains.Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position oversees day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring that processes run efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards and client service levels. Responsibilities include supervising frontline teams, assigning and monitoring tasks, managing shift performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, e-procurement, and logistics functions. The role also involves tracking key operational metrics, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions to optimize workflow and resource utilization. The Operations Supervisor is expected to support compliance with operational policies, health and safety requirements, and quality standards while fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and task delegation.Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse processes, logistics workflows, and productivity improvements.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot operational issues, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and management.Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments, ideally within 3PL or e-commerce operations.Familiarity with WMS/TMS or other operational systems, and basic understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage shifting priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
