We are looking for a hands-on operations professional who can supervise store activities while coordinating supply-chain requirements across multiple stakeholders.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor / Supply Chain Lead / Storekeeper to coordinate daily operational activities, supervise inventory and warehouse processes, monitor stock movement, and support supply-chain execution.The ideal candidate is organized, practical, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing hands-on storekeeping responsibilities with operational coordination and team supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse, store, inventory, receiving, dispatch, and general operational activities.Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods and materials.Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock aligns with system records.Monitor stock levels, reorder requirements, slow-moving items, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies.Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and periodic physical inventory checks.Investigate inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.Maintain proper storage locations, labeling, product identification, and warehouse organization.Ensure goods are stored safely and appropriately according to product requirements and company procedures.Coordinate incoming deliveries with suppliers, procurement teams, logistics providers, and internal departments.Prepare and verify goods-received notes, delivery documents, stock transfers, dispatch records, and related documentation.Coordinate picking and dispatch activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.Monitor shipment status and communicate delays, shortages, damages, or delivery issues promptly.Supervise storekeepers, warehouse assistants, drivers, or operational support staff where applicable.Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure operational procedures are followed.Support procurement by monitoring consumption patterns, stock requirements, supplier lead times, and replenishment needs.Coordinate with purchasing teams to avoid stockouts, overstocking, and unnecessary inventory costs.Maintain accurate records in ERP, WMS, inventory, procurement, or warehouse-management systems.Prepare inventory, warehouse, receiving, dispatch, and operational performance reports.Monitor key operational KPIs including stock accuracy, order fulfillment, delivery performance, inventory turnover, and productivity.Assist with warehouse layout improvements, process optimization, cost reduction, and workflow efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, health and safety requirements, and inventory controls.Maintain appropriate security and control over company inventory, equipment, tools, and materials.Coordinate with finance teams regarding inventory valuation, discrepancies, documentation, and reconciliation where required.Support audits, inspections, supplier reviews, and inventory investigations.Identify operational risks and recommend practical improvements to management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or operations supervision is preferred.Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes, receiving, dispatch, stock control, and supply-chain coordination.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, and time-management abilities.Experience supervising warehouse, store, logistics, or operations personnel.Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, WMS, inventory, or supply-chain management systems.Ability to analyze stock data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.Strong understanding of purchasing, replenishment, supplier coordination, lead times, and stock availability.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Knowledge of warehouse safety, material handling, storage procedures, and basic operational controls.UAE logistics, retail, distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, construction, or trading experience is advantageous.Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is advantageous.Arabic or additional language skills are advantageous.APICS/ASCM, CIPS, logistics, warehouse,
