Job Title: Operations Support Engineer

Location: Riyadh-KSADuration : Full-TimeJob SummaryResponsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and continuous operation of systems.Provide operational support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Perform Windows Server and Client installation, configuration, and maintenance.Review application and system logs to diagnose and resolve issues.Troubleshoot servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.Work in a live operational environment where system uptime and reliability are business critical.Key ResponsibilitiesWork Schedule: Shift-based role with on-call support to maintain 24x7 operationsProvide Level 1 and Level 2 support for systems.Monitor, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems.Analyze Windows Event Viewer logs and application logs for issue resolution.Strong knowledge of:Windows Server (2019/2022/2025)Windows Client Operating SystemsExperience with:Windows Event ViewerApplication log analysis and troubleshootingHands-on hardware troubleshooting experience involving:PCsServersStorage devicesPower suppliesBiometric devicesScanning equipmentBasic networking knowledge:TCP/IPLAN/WANDNSDHCPEducation & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Diploma in:Computer ScienceInformation TechnologyElectronicsRelated disciplines1-3 years of experience in:IT OperationsTechnical SupportSystem AdministrationInfrastructure SupportPreferred CertificationsCompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+Microsoft Certified: Windows Server AdministrationMCSA / MCSEExperience Required2-4 Years
