Over 1,250 colleagues make it happen every day.The role:Operations Support Specialist-Ocean&Air @KLG Athens, GreeceYou'll plan and coordinate international ocean and air transport operations, from supplier negotiations to customer updates to final delivery.What you'll do: ✔ Plan, organize and coordinate international transport operations ✔ Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and deadline compliance ✔ Optimize transport costs and propose solutions to customers ✔ Manage daily customer service: follow-up, enquiries, escalations ✔ Ensure accurate documentation, compliant with Greek/EU regulations ✔ Prepare periodic activity reports and operational updates✔ Escalate any issue affecting customer or supplier relationships to management✔ Organize transit of goods in the best conditions, meeting quality and deadline requirements✔ Identify and implement new procedures based on customer requirementsWhat you bring: ✔ Experience in transport and logistics ✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills ✔ TMS and computer literacy ✔ Foundational knowledge of operations management, including workflow coordination and adherence to procedures✔ Customer service mindset, focused on reliability, timely issue resolution, and high-quality service✔ Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments is highly beneficial ✔ Good command of English, knowledge of additional European languages is a plusWhat you get: ✔ Attractive salary package ;) ✔ Real development opportunities ✔ A strong international network across Romania, Serbia, and the Netherlands ✔ A COOL Team that moves fast and backs each other up :)📍 Athens, Greece 👉 Apply here or on career@ro.klgeurope.com
