Locanix provides a dynamic environment for professionals interested in cutting-edge IoT and location-based services.Role Description The Operations Support Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations support activities, ensuring smooth functioning of fleet and IoT solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The role includes managing customer support processes, monitoring service performance, and implementing operational improvements to increase efficiency and reliability. The Operations Support Manager will supervise support staff, provide training on systems and processes, and ensure adherence to service quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with product and technical teams to address recurring operational challenges and enhance overall customer experience.QualificationsStrong operations management and coordination skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day service delivery.Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.Effective communication and customer service skills to manage client interactions and internal stakeholder expectations.Experience in training team members on tools, workflows, and best practices.Relevant experience in IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management, or technology-driven operations is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic ERP or CRM systems is beneficial.
