We're Hiring || Team Leader – Operations || International Hospitality Process || GurgaonLocation: GurgaonProcess: International HospitalityWork Schedule: 5 days a week (Rotational)Week Offs: 2 rotational week offsKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team to achieve operational and business targets.Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and customer experience.Drive process adherence and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.Prepare and analyze performance reports and identify areas of improvement.Ideal Candidate:Prior experience in Team Leader / Operations role, preferably in an international process.Experience in Hospitality, Travel, BPO, or Customer Service will be preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working in a rotational schedule.
