Operator – Central O&M Water / Pumping Stations & Wells

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and control equipment and systems associated with water treatment and distribution.Monitor plant and pumping-station equipment through control panels, computer systems and instrumentation.Monitor operating parameters including pressure, flow, temperature, voltage and current.Perform equipment start-up and shutdown activities in line with SOPs.Respond to alarms, equipment failures, water-quality issues and emergency situations.Maintain operational stability and continuity of water supply.Maintain accurate operational, maintenance and water-quality records.Report operational status, abnormalities and equipment issues to supervisors.Monitor water-quality results and support adjustments to treatment processes where required.Ensure compliance with operational, HSE and safety procedures.Candidate RequirementsDiploma / Higher Diploma in a relevant technical field.Up to approximately 4 years of experience; water-treatment operations or a related field is preferred.
