Operator - Guest Services

JOB PURPOSEReceiving the guests and providing them with whatever they need in the facility. Maintain the day-to-day operations at the counter, processing guest payments and acting as an information source on various matters, while providing a high standard of guest services in the facility.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomedAttend to all the customer’s requirementsManage the reception deskMaintain and manage customer’s data and ensure accurate recordsShare information regarding the services available in the facilityRenting out equipment and assigning facilities to customersTaking reservations and organising bookingsCollecting payment for bookings and equipment renting and other types of servicesWhen required checking of customers tickets related to services to be providedGiving safety instructions to the customers and helping them with various systemsReporting faults to maintenance staffAnswering and making phone calls in appropriate mannerProviding full receptionist function by providing the customers with an enjoyable visitMaintain and manage customer’s data and ensure accurate recordsRecord and track customer’s complaint and feedbackReport on customer issues to managementShare knowledge and ideas to improve the service offered by the facilityPerform other related duties or assignments as directedQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma is desirableMinimum 1 year experience in a similar positionExperience in handling point of sale (POS)PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESStrong customer service orientationInitiative and commitment to achieving resultsAttention to detail and qualityTeamworkEffective communication skillsHardworking and proactiveFlexible and adaptableStrong interpersonal skillsArabic language proficiency is preferred
