Opportunity for Business Analyst

EXP: 3-5Role: Business AnalystLocation PuneWe are looking for a candidate with 3 - 5 years of experience and hands-on expertise in the following areas:Power BI – including report development, RLS, DAX, and interactive visualizationsSQL – strong hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, performance optimization, and troubleshootingData Modelling – building optimized, scalable data models across diverse data sourcesPower Automate – to automate workflows and streamline reporting processesFinance Domain Experience – experience working with finance data and reporting, including financial KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other finance-related analytics. Ability to understand finance business processes and translate them into meaningful reporting solutions is preferred.Stakeholder Management – ability to gather requirements, align with business objectives, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsGood Communication Skills – both verbal and written, especially for presenting insights and recommendations to business users and leadership.
