Osan® is growing and seeks team members who are passionate about vision care and customer service.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist Doctor role based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Optometrist will perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, binocular vision assessment, and evaluation of ocular health. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing visual conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and recommending appropriate treatments or referrals for medical care when necessary. The role involves counseling customers on eye health, lens options, and eyewear suitability, while collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate lens fittings and exceptional client experience. The Optometrist will maintain detailed clinical records, adhere to professional and regulatory standards, and participate in continuous education to stay current with best practices in optometry and eyewear technology.Qualifications Licensed Optometrist with a recognized optometry degree and eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia.Only Saudis.Strong clinical skills in refraction, contact lens fitting, ocular health assessment, and management of common visual disorders.Ability to provide clear, empathetic patient communication and education on eye health and eyewear options.Experience working with optical equipment and diagnostic tools such as slit lamps, autorefractors, and tonometers.Collaborative mindset for working closely with optical retail, sales, and customer service teams.Commitment to maintaining accurate clinical documentation and following professional ethics and regulatory guidelines.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Previous experience in an optical retail or eyewear-focused environment is an advantage.
