This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Applications, with a focus on ensuring that business processes are effectively implemented and optimized. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Oracle solutions, managing integrations with other systems, and overseeing database-related activities such as performance monitoring and troubleshooting. The specialist collaborates closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to implement enhancements, perform system testing, and resolve issues. The role also involves preparing documentation, providing user training and support, and contributing to continuous improvement of application usage and standards.Qualifications Strong understanding of Business Process analysis, design, and optimization, with the ability to translate requirements into functional Oracle solutions.Hands-on experience with Oracle HR modules, including configuration, support, and enhancement of HR-related functionalities.Practical expertise in Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, or related suites), including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.Knowledge of system Integration concepts and tools, with experience connecting Oracle Applications to other enterprise systems and services.Experience working with Databases, including SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting application-related database issues.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and support diverse stakeholders.Relevant Oracle certifications and prior experience in the ICT or consulting sector are advantageous.
