Oracle Business Analyst - Data Privacy/Governance

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Data Privacy) to support a strategic Data Privacy initiative focused on protecting player data and strengthening data governance. The project centres on implementing controls, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms for access to federated player data while ensuring compliance with data privacy requirements.The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to develop a business case, define business requirements, and contribute to the planning of a potential new solution platform implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Product Manager to define business objectives and strategic priorities.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data privacy initiatives.Develop business cases and support solution planning for a new platform implementation.Analyze current processes and recommend improvements related to data access controls, monitoring, and reporting.Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.Prepare business process documentation, user stories, process flows, and other project artifacts.Support solution evaluation, planning, and implementation activities.Ensure alignment with data governance, compliance, and privacy best practices.Leverage provided background materials and participate in shadowing sessions to quickly gain domain knowledge and contribute effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise-scale projects.Strong experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic initiatives.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Required: Experience working with Oracle ERP is mandatory. Candidates should have hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration within Oracle ERP environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Data Privacy, Data Governance, or Information Security initiatives.Understanding of data access controls, monitoring, reporting, and compliance processes.Experience supporting enterprise platform implementation projects.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of player data, customer data, or regulated data environments is an advantage
