Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect Location: Jeddah, SaudiExperience : 10+ yearsERP Solution ArchitectureDesign end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture covering Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), EPM, and HCM modules.Define functional and technical solution designs aligned with business objectives.Develop solution blueprints, architectural standards, and implementation roadmaps.Program Leadership & DeliveryLead ERP transformation programs and guide solution delivery teams.Provide architectural oversight across all implementation phases (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.Business Process TransformationCollaborate with business stakeholders to redesign and optimize finance and procurement processes.Recommend Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization.Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize customizations.Integration & Data ArchitectureDefine integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.Design data migration strategies, reconciliation processes, and data governance frameworks.Ensure seamless integration with non-Oracle systems (CRM, HRMS, legacy systems).Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders and executives.Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.Lead architecture workshops and solution reviews.Performance & OptimizationMonitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.Drive cost optimization and efficient use of Oracle Cloud services.Required Skills & QualificationsFunctional ExpertiseDeep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules:Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)EPMHCMStrong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance.Technical ExpertiseHands-on experience with:Oracle Cloud ERP architecture and configurationsOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)Knowledge of OCI fundamentals and cloud architecture patterns.Soft SkillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Ability to navigate complex, multi-country ERP deployments.
