Guided by our core values, we don’t just deliver solutions, we create meaningful impact.Role SummaryLead functional tracks for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations, acting as the SME for core Financial modules and working directly with clients on requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.Key Responsibilities Lead functional tracks on Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.Provide SME expertise across:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)TaxCollectionsExpensesFixed Assets (FA)Cash Management (CM)Lead Chart of Accounts redesign.Analyze financial reporting requirements.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Apply accounting principles to functional solutions.Lead client workshops and requirements gathering.Conduct gap analysis.Recommend solutions for functional gaps.Document:GapsIssuesSolution processesProcess flowsMap client business processes to Oracle Cloud processes.Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules.Support financial-data migration from legacy systems.Prepare functional designs for technical objects.Develop test scenarios and test scripts.Lead:Unit TestingIntegration TestingAcceptance TestingCoordinate testing schedules, data preparation, completion, and accuracy.Facilitate knowledge transfer.Must-Have Skills Strong Oracle Cloud Financials expertise.Core modules:GLAPARExpensesTaxCollectionsFACMStrong accounting knowledge.Oracle Cloud implementation experience.Minimum 5 years ERP implementation experience.Experience leading 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as Module Lead.Business-process consulting.Gap analysis and solution design.Global design workshops.System integration testing.Training and production deployment.Strong customer and stakeholder communication.Good to HaveBudgetary Controls.Encumbrance Accounting.SCM exposure.Project Portfolio Management exposure.Ability to work with onsite/offshore teams.Willingness to travel.Primary profile: Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead/Consultant, not SCM.
