Location: GCC / Remote or HybridContract: Long-termStart: ASAPRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join a major Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM transformation programme.The successful candidate must have proven end-to-end experience delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations within a GCC country.

This is a key requirement — candidates with only UK, European or non-GCC Payroll implementation experience will not be suitable.You will be responsible for supporting the full Payroll implementation lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the wider HCM programme.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation activities from end to end.Gather and analyse Payroll business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality.Support country-specific Payroll requirements within a GCC environment.Work with stakeholders to understand existing Payroll processes and design the future-state solution.Support workshops, solution design, configuration, testing and defect resolution.Support integrations between Payroll and other HCM/third-party systems.Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.Support SIT, UAT, parallel payroll and go-live activities.Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations throughout the implementation.Work closely with Oracle HCM, technical and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.Essential ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.Proven end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience.MUST have delivered an Oracle Payroll implementation within a GCC country.Strong understanding of GCC Payroll processes, requirements and localisation.Experience across the full implementation lifecycle from requirements/design through to go-live and hypercare.Strong experience in Payroll configuration, testing and troubleshooting.Experience working with integrations and data migration within Oracle HCM Cloud.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently within a complex transformation programme.GCC ExperienceCandidates must be able to demonstrate direct experience implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll in one or more GCC countries, such as:UAESaudi ArabiaQatarKuwaitBahrainOmanExperience across multiple GCC countries would be highly advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll specialist who has successfully delivered GCC Payroll implementations and is looking to join a major long-term Oracle transformation programme.
