Many of these relationships have endured into decades and navigated every technology cycle, from mainframes in the 1970s to artificial intelligence today.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for the quality, completeness, and delivery of IT artifacts, including High-Level Design (HLD), Detailed Design (DD), Functional Specifications, and Configuration Documents.Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to meet aggressive yet achievable delivery timelines.Lead requirements gathering activities and work with application teams and business stakeholders to understand scope, priorities, and trade-offs.Support the Solution Architect in defining the overall solution approach in partnership with technology stakeholders.Support testing activities, including test planning, test case review, defect triage, and resolution coordination with application teams.Manage project transition from development and testing phases through production deployment and post-production support.Ensure alignment between business requirements, functional design, and technology solutions.Mandatory SkillsSenior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Functional Consultant experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.Strong experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain modules, including:Inventory ManagementProduct Data Hub (PDH)ProcurementExperience working with multiple technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise IT programs.Functional expertise in:PurchasingiProcurementOrder ManagementBill of Materials (BOM)Work in Process (WIP)Preferred SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple IT teams and business functions.Top 3 Required SkillsOracle Cloud ERP implementation experienceOracle Supply Chain modules (Inventory, PDH, Procurement)Purchasing, iProcurement, Order Management, BOM, and WIP expertiseTop 3 Preferred SkillsStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationCommunication and interpersonal skillsEnterprise IT program delivery experienceSalary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 100,000 Per YearTCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
