Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and document business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, CRM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.Configure NetSuite modules in accordance with business requirements and best practices.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal business solutions.Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD).Support business process redesign and ERP optimization initiatives.Configure workflows, approval processes, forms, dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and reports.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing.Deliver end-user training and prepare user documentation.Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.Technical ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet).Design and maintain SuiteFlow workflows for business process automation.Create and maintain Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.Develop PDF/HTML templates using Advanced PDF/HTML and FreeMarker.Build and maintain custom records, custom fields, forms, and transaction types.Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RESTlets, and SuiteTalk.Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications such as CRM, WMS, banking platforms, HRMS, eCommerce, and logistics systems.Support data migration activities using CSV Import, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and integration tools.Troubleshoot performance issues, script errors, and integration failures.Manage SuiteBundler deployments and assist with release management.Technical SkillsNetSuite OneWorld, SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, SuiteTalk Web Services, REST APIs, RESTlets, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), SuiteBundler, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL knowledge (Must)JSON and XML
