About the CompanyWe are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Architect / Consultant to provide functional and technical leadership for a multi-country Oracle Fusion HCM environment.About the RoleSenior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant & Solution ArchitectResponsibilitiesLead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture, design and governance.Review and stabilize existing HCM implementations, identifying root causes across configuration, data, security, integrations and reporting.Provide functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence and Talent Management.Design and oversee integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP, HCM Extracts and HDL/HSDL.Develop/review Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, reports and reconciliation solutions.Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, cutover and production support.Provide L2/L3 support and drive RCA, corrective actions and continuous improvement.Establish HCM standards, documentation, support processes and knowledge transfer to IT/HR teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR Technology, Engineering or related field.Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.Required SkillsOracle Fusion Cloud HCMCore HR / Global HROracle PayrollTime & Labor & Absence ManagementTalent ManagementFast FormulaHDL / HSDL & HCM ExtractsBI Publisher & OTBIOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)REST / SOAP APIsFusion HCM Security & Role ManagementIntegration troubleshooting and reconciliationPreferred Skills10+ years in HCM / HR technology.Strong Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and production support experience.At least 2 end-to-end implementations or major multi-country rollouts in a senior design/architecture role.Strong multi-country experience across Payroll, Time, Absence and Core HR.Middle East, Africa or Asia payroll/localization experience is highly desirable.Interested candidates can share their updated CV or apply for consideration.Equal Opportunity Statement#OracleFusion #OracleHCM #OraclePayroll #OIC #OracleJobs #HCMJobs #SolutionArchitect #TechnoFunctional #RemoteJobs
